HR miss Sikha is really biased and given false information.. After interview round they call back to their's office BHUBANESWAR for salary releted discussion but their MD Mr. Anupam again taken interview by video call and they are looking multiple connection like HR cum Safety professional. Also The admin staffs behaviour is to worst.. Guys itz my experience where as Mr. Bishnu Behera referred me due to Miss Sikha Nanda is a friend of Mr. bishnu.. So think if a closed friend reference based candidate faced this type of issue then think about the company's culture and reputation. So it my opinion itz a fully Faltu company ever I seen on my 12 years career.

We grow with organization and that's always we learn by great working culture with great challenging role. Great Scope we get undoubtedly in HR and other vertical.t

Dislikes

Nothing as such as ultimately organisation has given oppertunity to manage our livelihood and same time we as employee also responsible for stand with company in good or bad times . That's the Culture we need to develope and hence no disliking.

Plenty of projects in execution and pipeline. Good exposure. Various nature of projects - EHT, HT, Solar, Line and S/S. Getting lot of enquiries from clients across India. Working staff is very co-operative. Young teammates mostly.

Tight deadlines due to multiple enquiries and projects.

Likes

Multiple projects in Electrical Transmission Line and Distribution sector. Continuous projects available. Big clients Tata, JSW, UltraTech, Adani. Supporting team mates
