...The management ensures that hardworking people get recognition and appreciation. Salary is good as per the market standard. The majority of the team has been in the system since the time the company was started. One of the fanciest offices with sleeping pods, gym, TT, pool table, badminton/cricket court etc.

...ll filled up with fake and fraud people from HR to Founders to CPTO or whatever. They'll hire you at intern position no matter what you're previous experience or salary was and say that within 3 to 6 months they'll make you permanent employee that too you'll be kept in probation period for 3 months again in which you'll not get any other benifits than stipend which will be minimum in all ways. Then at the time of making you permanent they'll fire you for sure.!!

The best part is that you get to explore a lot in the marketing area. You are free to do and suggest whatever you would like and the managers are really helpful for the same. I was asked to build a sub-brand under the company myself and it's really a great experience. Good growth, they have scaled a lot and expect to capture more in the future.

Dislikes

... have learned so far so it becomes a prerequisite rather than a learning ground. They don't pay their interns and hence the quality and motivation won't be there. So these things need to be taken care of as soon as possible. Rest assured, the best place to work.

Manager, that if you're lucky enough. The best part is the experience you gain from here, trust me the pace you would be working at would make your next job's timelines look a walk in the park. It's a great place to start out your career because of the learning curve.

Dislikes

It's the stringent working hours, while at an MNC you won't have to sit in office for prolonged hours despite completing your work. Here at EMotorad, staying at least till 7 is a must. Trust me you will be milked (but hey being young and motivated helps with it). While your friends would be enjoying a concert on the weekend, you will be in the office on alternative saturdays just trying to get through the day.

The product and the reputation of the brand. Previously was liking the culture and people but opinion changed with the time

No national holidays. Not getting all the Saturdays off. Grouping and politics.
