Nothing to like , Unprofessional VP with no work ethics. Not a single policy in the favor of employee. No job security VP Michael Peter don't have sense of talking and behaving to lady employee.

Unprofessional HR, Only HR and VP deciding the policy which are too worst. Will give hopes only to bring you USA. they will consider your late mark after 1 min also , not a single minute buffer time for punching.

people are very negative, just kept on doing on work of putting somebody's down and abusing them. whenever ask for increment that fake boss kept on showing some nonsense mistakes which he creates with help of hr by using employees logins and all very micromanaging things always happens

Lot of opportunities to learn & upgrade ourselves in terms of technical things. Salaries are better. Developing as only 2 years are completed for India office but US Mexico is already settled in proper way. Team is supportive. Owner is very nice person give us lot opportunities to learn.

Developing organization so we understand it will take time to have great culture. That's why no dislike.

The working hours are strict 9pm to 6am. No need of overtime duties Break time 1hr.

Dislikes

No proper response from HR regarding any query raised from employee. Public Holiday List Salary Increment Cycle Leave Policies Attendance Policy Office is ofently opened late by 9.30pm employees need to wait at doorstep. No career growth opportunities for purchaser.
