Sadly there are several very heroic individuals who are interested only in furthering their own selfish images and gains leading to a very big negative influence on company culture. What is portrayed on the surface is indeed grossly defunct and deficient below the surface? People in certain areas manage and rule through a dictatorship and an instilling of fear of reprisal and job security that doesn't allow for freedom of expression and true talent development and for the true talent of the individual to be bought out
