...xcellent with every day guidance of our superior. Career growth was excellent. Salary was on time but increment process was very slow. Travelling was provided for all. No politics. I learnt many things and got promotion with the help of training. Work environment was friendly.

Dislikes

The work load was too much and the salary process was slow.

I could have given 0⭐ but there isn't a option so don't consider that one star as well a worst worst worst company I have ever joins in my life not company to be blame the management was worst specially the HR manager and the F&B manager I won't take there names I was working there in the year 2018

Dislikes

Everything you can say the F&B manager told me something and I got something else I felt like I was the stupid person to left a company to join the worst

TO BE VERY HONEST NOTHING AT ALL.

Dislikes

Worked there for six months but very much disappointed with the management, facilities, accomodation and the system of work carried out in everyday operations within all the department's.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
