Worst login at 9am (sharp) - if you are late even by 1 second also - 100 rupees fine - if you work like animal extending hours, they dont bother 6. Relieving is like a torture, you might experience psychological problems too 7. Extend on weekends without additional perks 8. No cafeteria for tea/coffee, go out and drink on your own

...tely they will spoil ur career by holding ur certificates & experience letter. Salary u have to demand & no scheduled hike until u ask continuously. Politics will done by the both MD & DM if they won't like u. Worst Working Environment, like godown or home. Still they r in ECC & no Explore of Hana or any other new updates. Totally life will get spoil if u want to take experience. No respective consultants for the respective modules, anyone can do any module work. Anyone can join in the company even without degree for SAP.
