1. Agreement, they will ask you to submit your original certificates for 3 or more yrs. 2. Salary never on time, pending for months 3. Pressure at work 4. Worst leave policy 5. Worst login at 9am (sharp) - if you are late even by 1 second also - 100 rupees fine - if you work like animal extending hours, they dont bother 6. From the beginning no job security and no use of taking experience because they won't give ur originals back wen u resign & they will delay to give ur experience purposefully, sometimes they won't accept ur resignation and they won't respond back to u for ur resignation. Ultimately they will spoil ur career by holding ur certificate s & experience letter. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Salary u have to demand & no scheduled hike until u ask continuously</mark>. Politics will done by the both MD & DM if they won't like u. Worst Working Environment, like godown or home. Still they r in ECC & no Explore of Hana or any other new updates. Totally life will get spoil if u want to take experience. No respective consultants for the respective modules, anyone can do any module work.
