I have been working at Eminent Digitals for 2 Years, I have to say, it's been an incredibly positive experience. The environment in here so welcoming and friendly, which has really helped me feel confident and comfortable in my role. One thing is really appreciate how company is to learning and growth - there's is always opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge. Moreover, the management team is exceptional. They are not only competent in their roles but also genuinely nice people who care about there employees, well being and success. Their support and guidance have been evaluable to me since I joined the team.

The best thing I love about this company is how patient the managers are. They have the patience and the knowledge to make you understand regarding a certain task. The work culture is pretty professional and straightforward. Finish your work on time so that you don't need to extend your office hours. The efforts Devashri ma'am (manager) puts on encouraging you to be creative is clearly appreciable. Got to learn a lot form the company and management. I would be clearly joining them back once I'm done with my future trainings.

Dislikes

The management is actually pretty busy with a lot of projects, so interaction with them rarely happens. Teddy sir tries to find time from his schedule and share his insights on the creatives and the whole concept behind the work. The only issue is the accountant (who is not even a graduate) there who is some relative of the another Director who keeps on making trouble within the company and employees.

I like how they put the effort in developing a prospect. I was a part of the company and the views of the management moved my thoughts of how a corporate must be. Had a really amazing time and a wonderful team. The trust the management keeps is as comforting as a family. I got to work with almost every verticals right from e-comm to B2B lead generation.

Dislikes

What I felt was the recruitment process is a bit slow. Sometimes they do ask us to stretch working hours, but usually, this happens only once an urgent requirement comes in from the clients. I would say they should also give chances to small businesses rather than just big businesses.
