Way too Many. Leadership Bad and Old school. Way too much of MicroManagement. Pay Scales are bad. Alot of Favoritism. Old People think they own the company and they do whatever they want to and however they want to do. Senior and Executive Leadership has ZERO regards for new idea or changes. ZERO Employee Engagement.

There is no work life balance and no free space for employees to work. There is work from home option but we not use it when ever we need. There are leaves but if we take leaves it will be escalated. Worst in my experience. There are no fun activities and work enjoyment environment.

If you have it in you , you need not wait for the opportunity , Emids will identify and give you responsibility to prove it. I am fortunate to get that chance .

With growth comes an increase in expectations economically . pay raise could be little better and the compensation for hard working Professionals must be considerate.

I had an interview, HR is said you'r selected and offered 10L Salary, After Some days they are saying we will conduct one more round but it is also not conducted. One fine day i called to It Recruiter, she says no jobs for right now.

Salary, promotion along with skills development, time to time trainings provided by organisation.

Dislikes

Some people working from long time in the organisation are doing partiality with others based on the States they belong. Some are sitting on higher designation doesn't know how to talk to juniors and just push hard team to get work done on their given time without understanding the dependency or complexity of work.
