Emerson is good for old people like 45 and above or females or for senior positions where you have to get settled and no requirement for upgrading your self. I have joined as a trainee , so I didnt get that much benefits as staffs of emerson . Work culture is good as all my colleagues are good and helpful in many ways in clarifying doubts .

... over time charges even for company staffs as there is no HR policies it seems . Company provides holiday for weekend , but if some Saturday may work but there would be no salary for working on saturday .
