Well, nothing related to the company as such but in my tenure here i have reported to 3 different managers. Out of which the 2nd manager that i reported to was the worst human possible and the entire team suffered. But the 1st and my latest managers are just amazing. It's important to know the difference between a company being bad or just few people.

Good Company, culture, company policy, work environment and job security is all amazing and no complaints here. Everything will go as expected as long as you have a nice and supporting supervisor and the team you are part of.

Salary is good and paid on time, but appraisal process needs to improve and proper feedback at times is not reveal by the managers and designation wise don't expect much of growth as company is fairly large with 2000+ employees and most of the top designation are filled by new hiring that are done outside of India. But there are good examples of people spending good 4 to 5 plus years getting promoted as well so it's really the time and commitment that you give to the organization post that you can expect something better

Very good employee policy, good experience with remote work infrastructure, some managers are very understanding and flexible, chance to upskill for employees.

I had never faced issues whenever there was any need for urgent leaves. There was always good consideration given and the annual leaves were also good in comparison with the market.

Dislikes

Management kept changing the team structures too often and gave little opportunity for employees to actually grow. When this was raised and suggestions given based on prior experiences working in well-structured organizations, the blame was put on the person itself by the manager and held responsible for not taking up more work/ responsibilities. A manager I had worked with had barely had any constructive communication/ feedback shared at all. This was the highest disappointment, they expected 200% work with 0% communication. Their appraisal policies depended on individuals and not common policies. Favoritism was clearly shown by reporting managers. Certain employees kept getting appraisals every 6 months without any significant contribution, while other hard-working employees got none for years together stating reasons like Covid market conditions, while the company only multiplied in profits during the pandemic.
