...ation is different. The culture is toxic with little regard for professionalism. The most disappointing aspect was the salary, despite promises of competitive compensation, the reality fell far short. I would caution anyone considering employment here to carefully evaluate whether the culture, compensation and integrity of the organization align with their own values and goals.

It is one of the fastest growing law firms in the country and here, one can upskill himself in both litigation and regulatory, depending upon the need. The work culture is also good , and quite flexible in terms of leave and work life balance. Progression is the key element of this firm and if any one can commit his fullest, he's bound to get a good growth.

Training of freshers needs a more amicable approach, but someone who's a quick learner can easily gel up with the work.
