Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Mostly i have to work 12 hrs continuously from morning 7 am to 7 pm for continuously in a week. It results there is no balance in professional and personal life.

...ly and there is always opertunity for learning other work except my job profile. Salary always on time and appraisal is always satisfactory.

Manager should ask to employee about his weakness or strength before filling his appraisal.

...ing to Freshers. I am very Lucky that I'm part of such wonderful organization. Emcure is giving salary for fresher candidates that other ccompany's 4 years experienced employe dint get.

I am a part of a team that's markets reliable, high quality medicine products and has a global client base in all over country and out of countryside.i am very satisfied there work and team..

...in a day as I have to attend packing and dispatch the material in transporters..I can't satisfied there salary package they are could not pay a reliable salary package what I expect. They could not pay about overtime and extra Sunday duty.

...ed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement. Reporting Manager Said To wave off Notice period and Said HR to Deduct My salary.HR Deducted My One month salary.And Again Raised Due amount On me.This is culture of Emcure. 4) My Manager Took Incentive With help of NSM and PMT, Raising Faulty Queries.
