Reporting Manager Said To wave off Notice period and Said HR to Deduct My salary.HR Deducted My One month salary.And Again Raised Due amount On me.This is culture of Emcure. 4) My Manager Took Incentive With help of NSM and PMT, Raising Faulty Queries.

Salary comes on time, Alternate Saturday is off Only resident director understands the problem of employee

HR manger is busy in politics and promoting groupism due to which it is difficult to continue job for long time

Every manager and senior are behave like a boos no one behave like leader and even division heads like cluster head and all india sales head also openly says if you not satisfied of any thing don't ask just leave the company ... No job security is there

Nothing is good, only earning salary,incentive and increment are not so good. Only get 6% Hike after delivering 116% ytd per annum. Not get the incentive in the name of profitability issue. False statement and commitments given to the DRs and team members. Worst experience ever please don't join this organization.
