Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

We get an experience certificate from a global leader in the domain. It is an MNC. It is best for those who like to built new connections and interactions with people. We will get chance to learn many things about best quality aviation check in machines and its production.

Dislikes

1) They don't pay well. There is no yearly pay hike or any increment. No yearly bonus nothing. 2) Next level managers are good and they value our efforts but the top level management never appreciate the employees for any achievements we bring up with our efforts and hardwork. 3) Though it is an MNC, it works like a proprietorship firm or an LLP firm. (Those limitations are there). 4) It follow different rules for different regional offices , though all offices/factories comes under same group. (40 hrs working for all regions except for India; for only India, it is 54hrs a week. It is bit disappointing).

Company is very good but in other countries in india they don't care at all about the employees and their needs.

Dislikes

Everything is bad specially the senior teams. No one cares about your need over there. Your seniors will never come to the office you have do everything on your own.

Nothing to like don't join, fraud company.Its MNC but in India a lot of politics, this company is serving only two airports and only for kiosk supply.

Dislikes

Bad work culture so Airlines is not giving them order.
