We get an experience certificate from a global leader in the domain. It is an MNC. It is best for those who like to built new connections and interactions with people. We will get chance to learn many things about best quality aviation check in machines and its production.

Dislikes

1) They don't pay well. There is no yearly pay hike or any increment. No yearly bonus nothing. 2) Next level managers are good and they value our efforts but the top level management never appreciate the employees for any achievements we bring up with our efforts and hardwork. 3) Thoug h it is an MNC, it works like a proprietorship firm or an LLP firm. (Those limitations are there). 4) It follow different rules for different regional offices , though all offices/factories comes under same group. (40 hrs working for all regions except for India; for only India, it is 54hrs a week. It is bit disappointing)....Read More
