Dislikes

Poor salary. Very Very low increaments. Increaments are in between 2 to 3% for all the staff. Pay for performance is a total loss. If you are evaluating the staff during yearly increaments then for what is the pfp? Corporate HR policies are not good.

One more point .I wanted to highlight is that, The employee who has completed his Post-graduation is recruited as *Trainee Technician* while the Graduate Engineer's are recruited as *Trainee Officer*. Why such kind of partiality ?

If your plant is closed due to zero order then you will be get shifted to another plant and if your performance is not good in new plant (in which your gonna spend 1 month) then your overall performance is poor irrespective of your dedicated plant performance.
