Every month salary on time but employee not have job security and not a good place for work overall bad experience

I have work start at 9:30am and next day in morning 4:15 I want to leave the office but my boss says me to stay in office .

There is nothing good to talk about this organization. No appraisal or performance linked pay in the last 4 years.

Dislikes

One of the worst places to work. No one cares for your talent. People survive only on PR, too much policing. No role clarity or direction, no decision making.

Very Good Company in Real Estate. Salary is on time, Most of the facilities is there.

Some wrong people in Emmar. Internal politics is at top level. Honest and laborious people will suffer. Dishonest and wrong people can survive here.

...has multicultural environment and there is a strong team spirit among the staff.Emaar provides fair salary and other allowances in comparison with its competitors and also provide required training to the staff for their better future prospects.The company always take initiative to acquire the new technology and systems to improve work efficiency.

The only thing I did not like is very less chances of promotion and career growth and also there is no job security so one can be terminated any time without any justification
