They kick out several employees during lock down, even performers as well on the basis of salary package. If they are paying you little high then they will kick yiu first in financial crisis as cost cutting.

HR dept. is weak, mostly depends upon higher authority of sales dept. for hiring and firing. No independent role of HR dept.

Salary on time, 2nd and 4th Saturday off.

No job security, you have to work very hard at company intrest but senior management will destroy you at any time without any specific reason, to much of politics in this company. Everyone saves our job at cost of your job. It's Development head is also pathetic.

Poor management support, intra department cooperation and support is very very poor. Honest employees are not valued. Poor HR policies and Hr is not emplyee friendly
