... didn't complete your target they treated you as a dog. No your name in id card. No salary slip, pf, esi, leave, No offer letter. They didn't provide experience certificate. They ask the original certificate before you joined. After relieving they didn't return you asking 3 months salary. Management is too worst. Never ever see this. Very very vey less Salary too too high target amount. No CL. Only PL. No govt holiday. Even Sunday also you can work for them. High pressure... they didn't understand our family situation... they goal is only money... if you are not feeling well suffering from some health issues they didn't care about that, frequently asking about target. They openly asking I need amount... where is amount???? When enter the company TL first question is where is amount, you need to complete your target. Very very worst... And target is too high but no incentive... too bad...

Every thing These peoples will not provide even id card for sake they select employees and after two or three months they will force to quit from the job. EIBS is one of the department very worst team head are there. Technical head and department manager are irresponsible for the employees activities. They will provide more stress and work pressure to the employee. These people show more partiality. Regularly from this company each month set of employees are forced to quit, you can check this from their reception register itself. Per employee cannot work more than 6 months, no job security, more office politics. Head of the department and seniors head will do all the politics and they will not make new employees to continue their works. Even i you complaint to HR they will not support to you. This company will not provide even a proper id card. Will treat the employees as school students. silly rules are there. Employees must not communicate personally, must not share their phone numbers too. They treat new employees with their left hand. If you speak out for your issue just make you to quite. It is best to not join in this company especially EIBS department. Please dont see the outfit and feel into the trap.

Saturday also working day only money mind company no benefit for employees even PF also not available in this company. No experience certificate after working 2 years only giving experience certificate, if you want join means you need to submit your orginal 10th or 12th or college mark sheet.it is one of the worst company in madurai.

Full of politics. Not giving any benefits. We need to sit in one place. Because of this, I suffered many problems. They don't trust employees. No job security also.
