...nd no humanity and don’t know how to behave with employee , no business ethics .They are always interested how the salary and expense of employees can be deducted . They are making profits only by not paying to their employee . They even didn’t know how to behave with female employee and even they didn’t provide basic amenities to lady employee .

There is nothing good about company and when employee come they show them false picture . There is nothing like company it’s fish market. I called my self a Director marketing but I know nothing. I know ‘ bad bad karna’

Don’t join Elvis even u are jobless less There is no vision . Only hire the individual with fake commitment and after one month kick back without paying the salary .

They are throwing some money to employees like we are throwing peanutes to Monkey's in zoo...but remember they still think you are MONKEY !!

... max last 3 years...now you can get idea how often they change the employees. 7. No notice period served to employees , all of sudden they eliminate employees & hold the salary of employees as if holding salary is the main business of this company , every year they hold 30-40 employees salary and yes with proud and no shame on face. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace. Advice to Management:- No Advice as they can not improve in any case.. Just one thing please do not play with some one's career.

...r of previous company. Once they get resignations letter they deny their offer. And they start negotiating package because they know you have resigned from your job. They also ask their candidate that you have tell your placement agency thet you have left job. So company is not liable to pay the placement agency. They also cheat with placement agencies.
