A lot . Work life balance, Professionalism, Increment, Job Security,Work satisfaction, Company Culture,Learning opportunity etc you will fell you are in hell while you work with this company. I want this company just shut down. The boss is a mad man. He should be behind bars.

There is no timing to leave... project manager don't know to handle staff and always trying to demotivate you. The office timing is 10.30 to 7.30 but the project manager stays in office approx. 8.30 and he force everyone to stay. There is no office culture, so beware guys they just trying to destroy your career and time. Being a professional I just waste my time .

Management is worst , they ask freshers to join in Webtaxonomy sister concern company Elvira Infotech they do not provide any hard copy of documents not even a joining letter work culture is so bad these days there is no job security playing with freshers career
