The office is in a very calm and pleasant locality where pollution of any kind doesn't disturb. I like the team I work in as they give me immense support right from the beginning. I get good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

It's so saddening that we aren't able to get a proper balance between work and personal life. The concept of working from Monday till Saturday really stresses my mental health and physical health as well. I also feel that work timings are so strictly maintained which leads to severe burst out and black outs, which is resulting in brain fogs that doesn't help us to concentrate on work properly.

we work 6 days a week and which makes tiered and couldn't spend time for family and personal. we feel very distant with personal works and family as Sunday alone we have holidays which is goes on taking rest and we couldn't spend any time for family and personal needs. we see a lot of company in Bangalore works only for 5 days

The office timings and days of working is quite strict and too much for a person to handle as it really acquires all the time, and I don't really have time for my personal work.
