I worked at this company for a period but unfortunately cannot recommend it due to several concerning practices. The management style was extremely task-focused without consideration for realistic timelines or work-life balance. Project deadlines were consistently unreasonable, with no regard for task complexity or scope. The most troubling aspect was the lack of job security - the company had a pattern of hiring employees, confirming their positions, and then abruptly terminating them citing "lack of projects." Most recently, they laid off 40 employees only to advertise 41 similar positions within days, suggesting questionable HR practices and workforce management. The high turnover rate and replacement hiring practices raise serious concerns about the company's long-term planning and treatment of employees.

My previous role in the JavaScript department was a nightmare due to the utterly incompetent and toxic management. Communication was nonexistent, employees were treated like machines, and there was zero regard for well-being or work-life balance. Deadlines were absurdly unrealistic, and the company operated with a blatant disregard for job security. They had a disgraceful habit of hiring employees, falsely assuring stability, and then abruptly firing them under the pretense of "lack of projects." Worst of all, they shamelessly laid off 40 employees only to post 41 similar job openings days later, exposing their unethical and deceptive HR practices. The company's complete failure in leadership, planning, and basic human decency makes it an absolute disaster to work for.

Dislikes

The work environment is extremely toxic, discriminatory, and the worst I have ever seen. Seniors do not treat juniors properly. Company management and senior employees regularly insult staff in front of others, as if it were their hobby. The behavior is highly unprofessional, and the company has the worst team leaders. These leaders lack the necessary knowledge. If you are Gujarati or have excellent communication skills, you might survive, but otherwise, there is little chance.

Manager and deaprtmenet head like Vikram is very bad and micromanager type. He doesn't care about employees asks to work even when you are sick and puts unwanted work and load on everyone
