... politics within the internal team No matter how much hard you work there is no respect No ethics and boundaries Even if the salary is less but the work environment is good it motivates you to go to office but here you cannot expect that also only the HR department is bad There is no agenda followed in the work style any time things are changed at any moment Better to be jobless but do not settle for such type of organization just because of the management Not recommended

The work environment is extremely toxic, discriminatory, and the worst I have ever seen. Seniors do not treat juniors properly. Company management and senior employees regularly insult staff in front of others, as if it were their hobby. The behavior is highly unprofessional, and the company has the worst team leaders. These leaders lack the necessary knowledge. If you are Gujarati or have excellent communication skills, you might survive, but otherwise, there is little chance.

There's worst management I've ever seen, they're running their departments with whatever thought they got, they're uprating their policies overnights and manager is also worst, 0% support, he just want money money and money

Nothing so good about this company only high management is showing that they do work no one else

Manager and deaprtmenet head like Vikram is very bad and micromanager type. He doesn't care about employees asks to work even when you are sick and puts unwanted work and load on everyone

I got one of the good mentors but unfortunately, he was not my mentor for a long time. That was the time I liked but apart from that I haven't anything to praise or say anything.

I got one of the worst mentors in this organization. They helped sometimes. if we are stuck in some of the places and work remains pending due to inexperience. if they could help then it short out in a few minutes but didn't. we almost spent our whole day resolving these minor issues. Guys you're so you can assume what is it.
