Apart from pay nothing great

Dislikes

The old boys club, no respect for new ideas and experimentation. The Bengaluru Technology Hub Center has terrible insecurity and always in disagreement with onsite folks. It's politics form initial fee weeks. Certainly onsite and India management hand in glove in making sure people don't cross there sphere of influence

Cab, wfh, decent salary, some perks, very good culture

Dislikes

Less focus to chennai location. If it is RT dept They focus much on Uk, Netherlands and Bangalore. But if it is part of DBS, chennai location is good. The location strategy can be aligned location wise for effective work force.

Platforms to learn and provide feedbacks are very encouraging. No micromanagement.

Dislikes

Flat hierarchy so promotions and moving ladders is very challenging and time taking. Appraisals are in single digits and restrictions in marketing support

Unstructured and unorganised HR management in India. Lack of benefits, medical insurance policies are below average Company has a startup culture with unnecessary branding and marketing. Not suggested for experience and senior roles.Monopoly run by Onsite Management. Good for an entry level engineers only.
