So Many 1.Micro management 2 They attract you with more salary and when work is done easily put PIP , and they FIRE you 3. Adding more fake positive review to attract new hires , but nothing positive 4. Managers and Team leads are worst , They will scolds in front of all , They target you , when work is not done , They criticize you like "Are you really experienced or fake " 5 Better Dont join No job security

start-up, we have bigger contribution. 2-11 work timing. No one will ask to come early and stay late night because of the timing.

...g in and logout. Since it was online sometimes it won't work and mark as absent. They just removed that day's salary. There is no state like neither you prove your work we will send your money this or next moth nor we there the information about the changes. They have loosely adapted just to fire people. If you follow it your task completion output will be low if you not follow it they will tell this is not done you need to complete.

This is common in tech, but it can feel overwhelming without careful time management. Additionally, since the company is growing quickly, there can be occasional gaps in communication across departments, which sometimes leads to minor project delays or misalignments in priorities.

I really appreciate the supportive and collaborative environment at ELP Aviation. The leadership team trusts us to bring in new ideas and we're encouraged to take ownership of our projects, which really fosters a sense of accomplishment. Additionally, ELP places a strong emphasis on employee growth, offering access to the latest tools and technologies for continuous skill development. I also enjoy the flexibility we have, which allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Dislikes

One challenge is that, as a smaller team in QA, the workload can become demanding when handling multiple projects. I believe some small adjustments in workload management would help us balance project demands with growth initiatives.
