...hr it became worst. They are giving very less appraisal for hard working person. But person who talks more and work less, manages with talking is getting more salary and good increments. There is no job security. Top management creates negative points when they want to remove any person from job. No one went out from this company with satisfaction. Value will be given to workmen only, not to staff.
