Job Title: Testing Engineer

Job Location: Elmot alternators private limited, UNIT-1, Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of QAPs and ATP for Electrical Machines.
• Strong ability in reading / interpreting the engineering drawings in conformance to the pre-defined specifications & requirements.
• Preparing inspection schedules, EMI EMC test plans and coordinating with ETT labs for the requirements.
• Interacting with third party inspection agencies w.r.t technical clarifications required for projects and quality check documentation at every instance as per Approved Quality Plan by Inspecting Authority.
• Handling of Customer Inspections & Coordinating with inspection agencies for completion of testing or inspections as per QAP.
• Knowledge on switchgear and LV control panels like soft starters, Drives, Contactors, Control relays, Overload relays, Motor Protection units etc.
• Troubleshooting control panels for any fault.

Preferred candidate profile -

Qualification: Diploma/ B. Tech/ M. Tech (EEE).

Minimum Experience: 5-7 years.

Requirements: candidate should be willing to work for night shifts depending on workload.
