R&D doesn’t have that much work load as compared to cloud people, so work life balance is good and people are nice.

Company recently had a mass layoff without prior notice to anyone. FY - 2024 Salary hike is also not satisfactory!

Ellucian Higher Education Systems is highly appreciated for excellent work-life balance, people, and Job security.

Actually speaking no dislike, The only disappointment is no concept of bonus, and it's compensated through personal fitness program and Educational assistance program.

You don't have any job security they can terminate you whenever they want by giving the excuses such as budget cut, company structure change anything. Work life balance is very pathetic, worked 10-12 hours atleast.

Promotions are not streamlined. Once person will get promoted with certain parameters and if another person does much better will not get promoted. Everything is based on manager inputs.

1. Remote job(most of the good reviews here are for that) 2. If you are vocal and you can fight to change teams. You can end up in some good team WHERE LEARNING can be good. But you need get your way through managers with bit of criticism

1. Work life balance is pathetic. You'll work 12-14 hours. There are many times you start at morning 9 am and logout at 2 am in the night. Even on weekends you'll login at 9 am and logout at 2 am. 2. Layoffs: Every year layoff. I have seen layoff in 2023, 2024 both. And even good employees are thrown out because leadership doesn't understand who is working hard. They keep employees who pretend to work hard and steal credits.
