1)The day I resigned from the company. 2)Provides coffee twice in a day.

...an of 2 weeks your training is over and you have to get clients for the company. 5)Especially Management trainees don't join this company by seeing the salary of 22000 per month(3.6 lpa) better to go and start doing another customer service roles in another company. 6)Then after the training if your performance is not be excellent means they will terminate you for silly reasons or ask you to resign and go to your home. 7)If you work there 15-20 days also they don't give any salary for you. 8)The company is too long from the main road and they provide a cab for you also ,but you need to spend extra time to wait (Out of 24 hours you need to spend 13 hours for the company only). 9)They dont complete the customers work with good quality. The clients scolds you because you are the mediator between the company and customer. 10)CEO is like Rahul Gandhi(pappu) in Congress party. All operations done by shivika malik and other Delhi & Noida staffs. 11)ELK Edtech companies(Five vidya, Chanikya research, Quantum research,etc) all are doing fraud for clients and the employees. 12)If you dont have offers in any other companies also try for that companies and please dont join in this slavery company.

I had been moved here from banking sector was little skeptical of work environment. However the work culture is thorough professional and friendly also.

I am staying in East part of Delhi, so location is far.

I worked in the CRM team of ELK and was based at Chennai. My TL helped me gain experience and knowledge on how to work in a professional environment. I was supported many times as I had joined as a fresher.

Occassionally, I used to get late from office.

Not good I got terrible and wrost experience from them they doesn't need employees they totally waste your time Plz do not go for interview and don't trust on them

On the job Training. Saturday is half day. Approachable management.

Dislikes

Owner of this company can and will play favourite. Too much workplace politics and if you rub them the wrong way, you are on radar and it will turn real toxic real quick.
