Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...s ? Especially sneha Jadhao and chandan consellor, they both are money minded. First they give you fake promise and asks you to pay fess and asks you to give fake review on internet about capabl.in course before joing the course only. After you pay money, and in case you ask for refund, they becomes really aggressive and will torture you.

I liked the creative freedom while exploring and expanding avenues. Loved that the ideas presented get implemented.

Dislikes

Culture is a bit toxic, need a lot of persisting to do to actually implement somethings.

It was a good experince in working with Elite Techno Group. With my knowledge gained now i can showcase my capabilities in vehicle dynamics domain.

Dislikes

Intially they gave me work which I didnt understand such as mqking ppts but then I understood that was all to grasp my knowledge.
