Here they wont give salary if you drop paper, only you will get after 90 days. They will extend notice period also lop for each leave. If you take one day leave on friday or monday, that will be considered as sandwich with with 3 days of lop. They wont give payslip in a regular basis even if you ask they ll make a delay. In the offer letter they wont mention any policies or T&C but they ll make whenever they want based on their mood. Totally worstest experience i got here after dropping paper. Most importantly if the hike is even 1 rupees you can’t drop paper till one year completed. This is my personal experience and i have not given the review with any vengeance. Ask for policies, rules before joining here.. here the work pressure is very less also the career growth. WFH for women and WFO for men.

I have been worked on their more than 4 years. I can say it's a startup and for learning purpose it's very good company and the CEO is very good and honest. Only cons is : work pressure and no official logout timing otherwise everything is good and client Krishna also good. Currently CALIX project is running past 4 years. It's better if you give the different projects to team. Thanks
