Don't like anything about this company because they are just wants to make business no transportation facility from company to any employee. shifts extend without any OT payment.

Good appraisal performance basis. Nice cafeteria and game Archer but you won't able to play game because of work. Cultural function on floor

Decent for freshers and experience from domestic BPO. Everyday extending shift, no team outing, no travelling facility, no night shift allowances, no appreciation , no annual function, no reward recognition , no work life balance, no overtime pay. No Compensation benefit

So pathetic i can say from my personal experience they just requirements those people who listen them and do work as per there convience they just requirements the chattus i can say atmosphere is so pathetic management mentality is to cheap they are so business man people they just need only business they wouldn't care about the employee what the employee need they just need work

No OT.. traveling allowance only for the pandamic period... Unwanted extended your shift for the sake of company without getting paid

Their is nothing to.like here. This is a place where BJs can only think of their future.

Everything. Management just entertains people who can give a good BJ. Their development standards are so pathetic which is one of the reason for not having clients. And their delivery head himself commits that we only need people who can deliver things no matter of the standars, and quality.
