It values its staff and thinks of them as family members not just employees. Other than that Elink's Vision is also to contribute to society for eg: it believes in providing and giving access to the basic need of clean water to as many people possible. Which makes this organisation very likable to work at, as it is not just a business that sees if the owners personal needs are met or not, but genuinely cares about improving the standards of the living of the general public.
