This company takes care of its employees. Training and learnings is one of the best in the industry. When an employee is not in production, the learning opportunities are quite vast. Workload depends on the client. The projects are between good and fair. Ample onsite opportunities . And lastly job security is good, I have came across people who lost their jobs until or unless their performance is really bad. Otherwise SPTR is a keeper.

Salary and compensation can be improved other than that simply nothing to dislike.

The only positive about working here is my manager. Other than that, no positives.

Dislikes

Didnot pay out the milestone bonus in full. Suspended salary revisions. Fired people without compensations or notice. Reduced the team size to almost 40%. Worst leadership ever.
