Heavy Politics in all departments, in HR department no one is having proper MBA-HR Field education.Based on a regular experience only they are handling HR activities. They are not taking care of employees welfare at all. Simply waste.No job security in this company so don't join in ELGI RUBBER COMPANY LTD., they are all spoiling the Career. They will select you for particular position but they will suddenly change the entire department like HR department to Production Supervisor then they will say simply you just resign your job with 3 months notice period.

When I joined the company, the work culture, Management was very much good. But gradually it became poor to drastic.

Dislikes

No appraisal as per performance. Higher management put all the blame to field staff. Product quality became poor.

I'm working hard but not achieve the trget why because in market all the customer was asking credit but my company was not giving a credit, that's why I'm suffering to this job

Here the boss of our company say that he should go only a few kilometres a day and not go too far, and the petrol company doesn't give more.if I plan weekly, he say that you should take tire collection today.and collect the check today, then how can i achieve the trget.

More politics. Less support from senior management. No proper control or work instructions available to execute tasks.
