There is nothing i liked about as the company didt provide ne experience letter for 10 months working. I was working in a sub dealer named SS QUALITY AIR SOLUTIONS

Work culture and salary output in ratio of hardwork input is very low Employees work for Monday to Saturday for around 9 hours and still didt paid accordingly And the work culture is very bad too musch stress and bad language goes around in every meetings

Boss culture is not in Elgi . Boss are very supportive to drive and handle responsibilities

Dislikes

Car policy should be revised at manager level and salary structure at manager level should be distinguished with lower bands

As a finance professional under S& S team, that basis very low opportunity to next level as well as training & upgrade.

Elgi is growing company with good hopes and it's good for new joinee with 4 to 5 years of intial work life to learn new things and work freely. It gives more opportunity for a new aspirants.

The salary hikes are not upto the market standards .
