Handsome package, day shift, work from home.

Dislikes

Work life balance, modest appraisal in July every year, favouritism in appraisals and promotion (criterias are worst than evan a Lala company, example - 1 Associate got 2 back to back promotion within 2 months and become TL but SMEs who were working hard from last 2 years were not able to clear the IJP) , extended shift, hiring of a particular community, targeted layoffs (not based on performance), job satisfaction, pathetic leaders and management (no sense of talking, example from production manager - i can get this work done from a rickshaw puller) and last but not the least no support from HR team, they work as agents of Leadership team, if you raise your voice against the unfair practices you will be the part of layoffs.

...ure. 3. No job security. Every month stress due to IER ( every month report). 4. No salary hike even after 3 or 4 years. (Only Favourite employee get hike). Many of people have same salary after 4 years which is at the time of joining.

The fast paced environment may led to high workloads at time which sometimes create stress.

They are just hiring people in bulk and after fulfilling there requirement they are just fired people just giving any silly reasons Even they know about maternity and before one month of maternity they provide reason amd fire, even no company policy says about firing to any pregnant women on the face of maternity

Everything about the company, there is no job security.. you can’t think to work for a long in the organisation and also the pressure of work is terrible. I faced things and left the organisation just because of mental torture and mental harassment.
