Some managers are competent, but if you join the company, be prepared for the possibility of being kicked off at any time without receiving adequate severance pay. Rinku Sharma is the best.

In my 4+ years of experience I have seen politics alot. Specially Sahir Gujarati, if you agree with him then you’re good or you’re going to suffer. There is no security for job. People with zero communication skills and proper education degree are sitting at managerial level.

No job security at all and have observed one person taking all important decision and responsible for many bad decision , also lay off happening too frequently. If you want a good career then please stay away, you will thank me later and don't follow any other paid review.

There is no room for growth or learning. Job security is constant concern. Corporate politics run rampant and its openly played by higher-ups. Merits and hard works are often overlooked in the favour of favroutism and personal alliances.
