In such situation we do have Job security but have to compromise our salary.

We are being force to come to office in such COVID 19 Crisis though we are working from home. We haven't received any info from management on the development in crisis. There is no transperancy level.

Induction process is the best, good in terms for freshers to gain knowledge.

Lot to describe Worst Manager politics, specially Bharat Yadav, Sanjay Bagal. Need to work compulsary on sunday, 9:30am-8:00pm time hectic. Mobiles are not allowed. Single Printer per floor, that too working faulty, Huge mess and waste of time for prints. No pc arrangement, seating arrangement for supervisors. Huge mess, with production line, production planning, no department staaf is fixed, You need to run fast in front of seniors, indirectly you need to act fake that you are working hard, smart work is not at all accepted.
