...s of EFL are very satisfied and they see EFL as their prime business partner. Work culture, Salary, Increments are also one of the best and that is the reason people work here for long duration and if someone goes out, after just 1-2 months they become desperate to join back EFL again.

Company is very good, but few mistakes are arises when initially expanding in HL/LAP Business in overall geography of India rapidly, so the same local level work force are not having enough experience for the given supervisory role. Staff level recruited for Branch Level Branch Level recruited for Area Level And Few Take overed Jumbo Finvest Existing Employees are recruited for Regional Level

Dislikes

Initially Business Expansion in HL/LAP Segment with other competitors, few steps are wrongly taken in the form of level of work force employment verses salary limit. Salary verses employee engagement will harm in long term just like collapsing of Jumbo Finvest. Recruitment and promotion of employees are very risky for future with less experience. Low level employees are compromised the quality of work and long term business losses.

It's very good culture, support from higher manager, hunger of business, support from management in view of policy.

Dislikes

... sales oriented company, every incentive and bonuses policy made for sales only. They can make some extra pay out policy for other teams as well for their confidence boost as well.

...ead by MD in a conference at Pune which leads to increase in employee attrition. Apart from the reason that employees need to pay the EMI either from salary or charge commission from new borrowers or can claim fake travel reimbursement & unauthorised increments to the staff where NPA's are increasing in order to cover the delinquency percentage. Amit Gadhaire name defines the ops head perfectly. Every year company needs new cxo's like CFO, CRO, COO etc. due to poor management or can say old employees don't want to upgrade the company's culture.

...rowth YOY now working as sales team leader and operating from kaushambhi branch. Company is well'n good in terms of Growth, salary and support. This is my First Company and i am glad to be a part this organization. As i observed the loyalty of company to employee and vice versa that still there are employees on good position completed a decades in this organization which encourage me to associate with it as long as possible.
