Completely sales oriented company, every incentive and bonuses policy made for sales only. They can make some extra pay out policy for other teams as well for their confidence boost as well.

Company is good in all terms. Either in term of team member or support from seniors and all other benefits.

The very first think that all reviews which has been given by the employees a 5 star or 4 star is fake and maybe the employees who are favourite puppet of their respective HODs, i don't blame to anyone but yes what company has been said and what the employees are faced both are different, company is saying that we are supporting work life balance or that creates an ambiance to enjoy your work, but reality is far away that what are company claims these, everyday is starting at this company has been a new unnecessary Burden, sales team is always using swear words to their team nobody cares here, you will just treated like a labour....Read More

Longer than expected working hours Always using bad words to talk with each other Company Is doing only business and business or nothing, they just want profit or nothing. Please join carefully once you have offer from HR or for anybody's always do your diligence to know this company and last think that this company is never cares you.
