Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Just nice experience with smag and it's make me more confidence when at all sercumstance. Made it more confidence and day by day that could making changes that good communication with dealers, buyers, client more than increase my communication level with people.

Dislikes

Salary, my working time 8:30am to night 8:30pm and i selected for billing post but after several months i made with sales, loading and unloading, stock level checking that i continues one year. But it's ok
