The salary is never on time and it becomes tough for the people to pay the bills. Leaders are only eager for power and are hypocrites as well as loves to play politics, no wonder if you can judge them on the very first day. No proper structure is there, every week the structure changes. Why? Because people wants power. No work life balance, you need to work even on Saturdays, but if you ask for some personal time for important work they will understand that.

The level of personal Involvement the Founders and other top management takes in solving all types of hard situations associated to it's employees an the trust they show in them. there's ample room and freedom to learn, honest mistakes are forgiven. everyone is helpful. street smartness is encouraged and so is social interaction. overall, you and your future will be well taken care of.

Dislikes

line between personal and professional is thin or blurred. some people might see it as a problem, i personally dont.

Anybody can copy what you do but nobody can copy the culture which Elecbits has built for their employees. I’ve been working here since the last 3 years and there wasn’t even a single day when i thought that i should apply somewhere else. Each and every employee knows the mission and vision of the company which matters the most. Cheers to many more exciting years! 🥂

I love the culture of the company, the work environment, and the mutual understanding within the team. The best part is here sports are promoted which will directly promote health and will benefit the body and mind.

Dislikes

Office parties are very frequent and ofcourse it has deliciously but not healthy dishes, so something it's hard to avoid such parties.
