...ty is our first priority so you will get more internal audit will be happening. Which is okay but for Red Cap it will be hard times need more focus to avoid findings Salary is not worth for the work we do. And no overtime for Red cap but sometimes due to situation we may force indirectly to work more hours. Promotion wise not sure coz it's about to be an year only but I heard it's not sure until IJB Our ops manager is great person and makes work environment chill.

Offering salary, i mean there is no criteria, they does not count experience of staff, from how many yrs hez serving aviation, like i have completed 7 yrs mah salary is in 30s, and staff having 2 3 yrs of experience getting salary in 40s and 50s.

celebi ASIPL OR CELEBI HR DEPARTMENT is very useless company while it does not listen to the staff. Passenger is everything for them. Whether it is the fault of the staff or not, the staff does not get justice in that company.

Coming to salary salary is not enough as for this generation and and the mind set of the DO and TL is divide and rules no the staff, and no two week off for night shift, and after completing 8 hour shift then we have to wait for extra 1-2 hours for the baggage agent to come and collect the Rush bags very disturbing thing, and DO use labour language when staff do any mistake it's give feeling like we working like labour and TL if she doesn't like any staff she will always point out his all small mistake or try to frame Staff and there are two casual leave and sick leave if staff has taken any of them our DO make them to swap there sick leave or casual leave with their week off so what is the mean of the company to give us leave and better to remove this function of sick leave and casual leave. I was have a DG training in Mumbai at morning I went from flight to Mumbai and came return at night at 12:30 pm from Mumbai my DO called me to report at 2 o'clock for shift no proper rest I have work without sleep

Poor management in Hyderabad station one staff leaving the company will not make any difference but a bunch of people leaving a company get lot of disturbances to any company moreover their is no committee to check why people resigning from company
