1. Salary will be credited on time always. 2. Salary is more as compared to other companies ( Fresher GET :- 3.15LPA ) 3. Management was very poor as Production Manager working from more than 10years doesn't know basics things which repeats always, Did lots of mistakes and waste lots of materials on a single product. He always depends on GET for work . GM , Quality engineer and Technician are supportive. Service engineer also good , i enjoyed working on service.

Worst management Production engineer FJ (joined company through reference) and Manager KSC both are worst person I have ever seen in my life , ( kaam koi aur kre number/credit khud bnata tha , like Andho me kana Raja ) Worst Politics by both Even Manager did his personal work by company's employee and for other restrictions for 10minutes to get out of urgent work Strict timing, salary deduction for late comers . Toxic culture by them

There is NOTHING to like in this company. It was the worst company I worked with in my career of 15 years. Would have given negative ratings if possible. Even the 5 star ratings (which are very few) you see here are been deliberately given by paltu chamchas of the director to mislead the job seekers, otherwise all of them are 1Star only. There is no system, no SOPs, no training, no work life balance, no respect for employees. This is a concentration camp run by the Director and Plant Head. Even the Plant Head has no self respect and is insulted regularly by the Director each and everyday that too numerous times, but he cant leave the company as he is the loyal pet of the owner and moreover good for nothing to work in some good company.

Dislikes

...nal life and self respect, and peace of mind outside the gate of the premises. There are strict timings for coming to the company (otherwise will deduct the salary) but no timings of leaving.

*Production manager(prabhakaran) who was abused female operators , No action taken from Hr and navin upreti coo too.... *Navin upreti he makes always line stopped without rm materials...he do cost saving by terminating plant head,ppc,npd,quality,purchase like all staffs😂 *Noida peoples came one by one and take video of all process and take all orders & works to noida and make chennai people jobless,and stopped cabs and stopped operators to not come office without any settlement... *Not giving diwali bonus tooo for operators *No pf settlement also given to operators,operators done strike also for 6 days.. *There was plant heads useless *Worst management ever DEAR SHIVENDRA YOUR MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVES ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY,PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS...otherwise they close your company soon..and take you to centre of street...

Nothing. Working with Elcomponics was terrible. Those who have no job can work there until he gets a good job in another company. Very bad company.
