... leaves and work from home and others will be disturbed while being on leave. They offer a salary better than the market but if they don't like you you are threatened to get fired in a month.

The work environment is one of the unique experiences that an individual gets to enjoy when being part of Team Elchemy. Their mindset and thinking portrays their will to take on the world. They have achieved the milestone of running an effective, efficient and successful company without the need for any form of hierarchy. They are backed with their strong tech which has been incorporated throughout the working of the Company, which has led to effective coordination between the various departments, improved customer and supplier relationships as a result of reduced lead times, better transparency and effective communication. At Elchemy, you can enjoy your Lunch and have a casual conversation with the Company Directors, who are really friendly, like an older brother. Sure, they can be your role models as they have achieved quite a lot in such a short span of time. I can just go on and on about the best parts of Elchemy and still wouldnt be able to share the actual experience and joy I have experienced working here, in words.

There is nothing to dislike, but if there was. The snacks they offer, makes me ruin my diet as they are just mouth watering and keep me focused throughout the working day.

Was about learning new things but nothing atall at teh moment.

It was told there is flexible work culture unlimited work from home and leaves were promised but nothing just in few months a terrible leave policy was imposed which is so selective and different for all the employees. Some of the same team members have complete work from home who are not even seniors, others have to apply officially for work from home and leaves and forced to come to office everyday. Don't know how the policy varies for some people so much in a flat hierarchy. Just straight up lies. Leaves are also rejected and not granted and called on the leave day to confirm even when u apply in advance still until the day they don't take the efforts to approve it and then on the leave day the HR will call and trouble you. Appraisal is just a joke here it is just to show you carrots.

Great exposure, supportive seniors and core team members. This team is working on something unique, combining tech with exports, and it's a great experience learning, growing and contributing to a fast moving startup.
