Initially, the company seems very good. The first 4/5 months will be good but then the stock will fluctuate from the system and the stock will be charged wrongly and the salary will be deducted from the salary.

This company is froud. By giving financial debit to any employees, the salary is lost only by deducting the salary. Everything is a fraud.

Excellent work culture, and salary benifits with lots of opportunities to growths.

No any Job security in this. At any time you kicked out with a very short notice whenever you perform well. I am the winner in my location but lost my job.

Very Bad experience with ElasticRun. Here Upper management claim high salary with useless Work. If you join as a TL then you prepare to work minimum 15-16 hours & you will responsible for all . Work Life Balance Zero . If Stock going to be mismatch any kind of reason then you will ready for pay the amount. Very Pathetic Service 😔

WFH facility was good at the time of COVID.

Poor work-life balance. Very low job security. Worst HR facility. Very low salary hike. There are no fixed working hr. You can get work related call at any time even on the week off.
