...kes will be dig out and then you have to face damn Izzat ka faluda in public Sometimes you have to work on Sunday and no comp off or pay will be awarded for that

Top leader cant run and operate or make growing or profitable it properly so that is why the organisation got shutdown from max location

Seniors and managers don't respond to their team, have No job Security, and the Retention rate is very low, Very rate on Lay-off in the last year almost 1500+ employees were asked to leave by the company. If some has 2 offers please choose the other company instead of ElasticRun.

...lasticRun is I found a HR who recruit me is not good his behavior and many more. Also he hold my salary without any reason, not only my salary but many Delivery Associate salary. Please sir improve this place. Thank you.

Even the founder doesn’t knows what they are doing . I believe last option will be to go for IPO and get the investors money out . The marketing head doesn’t knows a difference between hoarding and banner .
